"...I've worked with some designers in the past, but it wasn't until I worked with Sarah, that I understood the value of design."

My journey started studying visual communication design. I got my start in branding, marketing, and web design, then evolved to specialize in product design. I joined Pivotal Labs because I believe in the power of integrating User Experience Design into Agile and XP to drive meaningful impact for people. Along the way, I've worked on everything from Ford's fleet apps to high-security government platforms, always finding myself drawn to the messy, complex problems that require both craft and leadership.
What sets me apart as a design leader is my commitment to what I call "radical collaboration." Blurring the lines between engineering, design, and product strategy to create conditions where teams are hyper-aligned and shipping work that matters.
Right now I'm building AI imagery products to stay close to emerging tech and redefine how design craft can positively influence the future we're building.
